Refunds

At Rick's Enterprise Electric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it's in its original condition. We will then process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
